Frappik – Making Possible!

Originally launched as a frappe-centric brand with high growth potential, Frappik’s identity eventually lost its competitive edge, stalling consumer excitement and purpose. Over time, the brand image struggled to convey essential pillars like quality, reliability, aspiration, and value. Honeybee Design was tasked with reimagining Frappik’s brand identity and design strategy. The goal was to establish a stronger market foothold, drive penetration, and elevate brand perceptions as Frappik expands its legacy franchise into a comprehensive range of ingredients and food solutions for the food services business.

The Result

This intentional, B2B-focused brand redesign was engineered to cut through a cluttered food services market and captivate HoReCa clients. We introduced a clear, strategic positioning—“Making Possible”—that directly aligns the brand promise with the high expectations of QSR owners and chefs. The new visual identity is built on a bold, value-driven simplicity that emphasizes quality, reliability, and modern culinary perspectives. By utilizing a vibrant color palette, the packaging commands shelf presence. Simultaneously, a cohesive design architecture and structured grid system seamlessly accommodate an expansive, evolving product portfolio, ensuring effortless scaling for both existing lines and future new product developments (NPD).

Beyond Snack – Kerala Banana Chips

Beyond Snack’s original Coconut Oil Range catered to Kerala banana chip purists by focusing on cultural authenticity. However, an influx of competitor brands introducing regional and international flavours eroded Beyond Snack’s unique market position. To recapture consumer mindshare, the challenge was to redesign the packaging to vividly project rich flavours and ingredient stories.

The Result

The new packaging design elevates the flavor narrative while preserving core legacy assets like color and typography. By maintaining these high-recall brand elements, the redesign respects consumer familiarity while deepening the product’s cultural origin and regional roots. We introduced bold, complementary colors to maximize shelf-pop across both General Trade (GT) and Modern Trade (MT) channels. Additionally, the brand mascot was polished for a more realistic, premium feel, significantly strengthening consumer brand association.

URO Deli

How do you make retail unforgettable? A serial entrepreneur came to us with a vision to turn her stores into calm, welcoming, and sensorially rich environments. We took this brief from strategy to reality, designing beautiful in-store graphics, crafting clean retail spaces, and building compelling product stories that truly connect with shoppers.

The Result

We built a compelling deli store design seamlessly balancing the sensory immersion, strategic merchandising, and functional choreography to turn routine shopping into a memorable retail experience. We used the architectural anchors to create an immediate feeling of abundance and freshness. The design relies on high-contrast lighting, immaculate glass display cases, and open visual planes that showcase product quality. A blend of organic warmth, pastel color palette and modern clean lines—such as subway tiles, warm oak wood shelving, clean fixtures, or wall graphics, every element was meant to exude Visual & Sensory Immersion.

Ambay Snacks

Bridging rich Indian heritage with modern Canadian wellness, our client’s brand was launching a premium line of flavoured popped lotus seeds (makhana). Catering directly to today’s health-conscious consumers who demand both bold flavour and clean nutrition, our challenge was to design a packaging that looked delicious, guilt-free alternative to traditional snack foods.

The Result

Our packaging strategy relies on a contemporary illustrative approach that mirrors our target consumer’s active lifestyle and nutritional goals. We unified text and visual elements into a simplistic, engaging layout that tells our story effortlessly. Finally, we introduced a raw, graffiti-inspired aesthetic to give the product strong on-shelf resonance with modern shoppers.
